Full Time SME Telesales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 + commission in IBPO Group Berhad WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of Experience in telesales, sales sme loan, or customer service is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are preferred due to business communication requirements. Malay-speaking candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Self-motivated, target-driven, willing to learn and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Contact potential SME customers to introduce the company's products and services.

Follow up with leads and build good relationships with customers.

Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate customer records and update into the system.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.

Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
