Full Time Account Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in AUREUMAEX MEDISAFE (M) SDN. BHD. Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Process supplier invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Match Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and invoices before payment processing.
• Prepare payment vouchers and arrange payments to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier statement reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of AP reports.
• Ensure all accounting entries are updated into the accounting system accurately.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment matters.
• Assist superior in audit preparation and other ad-hoc assignments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial policies.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
