Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Coordinate construction activities with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies and follow up on technical queries.
Prepare and follow up on work schedules, method statements, material submissions and RFIs.
Monitor site progress, workmanship and resource requirements against project plans.
Coordinate architectural, structural and M&E interfaces.
Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates.
Coordinate inspections, rectification works and handover documents.
Support the Project Manager in meeting project quality, safety and completion requirements.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in construction project coordination or site engineering.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Familiar with construction methods, site procedures and applicable requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage assigned tasks and follow through on outstanding issues.
