We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quantity Surveyor to support our tendering, cost estimation and contract administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and carry out quantity take-offs.

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.

• Review contract documents, specifications and contractual requirements.

• Analyse quotations, pricing and rates, including rate build-ups.

• Handle contract administration, payment valuations and variation claims.

• Coordinate tender activities and support the procurement of new projects.

• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Support other business activities and participate in company events when required.
