Full Time Architectural Coordinator [SL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Report to the Manager / Team Leader and oversee the coordination of architectural technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Produce, update and maintain architectural drawings using BIM (Revit) models, ensuring accurate information and proper transmission of drawings and data to all relevant parties.

Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress to ensure all project milestones are achieved within the stipulated timeline.

Implement quality management procedures, maintain quality records, analyse inspection results and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings and BIM models.

Ensure compliance with established BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

Supervise architectural site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards and EHS requirements.

Coordinate site inspections and project handover activities, ensuring that the required quality standards are achieved to meet customer satisfaction and CONQUAS / QM targets.

Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
