Responsibilities
Location
Chinatown (Walking distance from Telok Ayer, Chinatown and Maxwell)
Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500 per month
Working Hours
5 or 6 days per week
10 hours per day
Shift-based schedule
Some shifts may end as late as 5:00 AM
Weekends and public holidays may be required
Job Responsibilities
Assist chefs with daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks
Wash, cut and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and cookware
Ensure ingredients are stored properly and kitchen supplies are replenished
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support the kitchen team with daily operations
Job Requirements
No experience required; training can be provided
Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
