• Experience in talent research, recruiting, sourcing, market intelligence, or workforce analytics
• Strong research, data analysis, and information-synthesis skills
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networks
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, and data visualization tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple research projects and deadlines
• Careful handling of confidential candidate and business information
• Experience with labor market data or talent intelligence platforms is an asset
