Role Description

Supports client and partner relationships by coordinating communications, responding to requests, and helping ensure that agreed services and activities are delivered smoothly. Builds a clear understanding of each client’s or partner’s needs, priorities, and expectations, then works with internal teams to provide accurate information and timely follow-up. Maintains professional relationships and helps create a consistent experience across routine interactions and ongoing initiatives.

A Client Services Associate typically handles day-to-day enquiries, service requests, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up. A Client Relationship Specialist focuses on maintaining ongoing client relationships, understanding account needs, coordinating service reviews, and identifying concerns or opportunities that may affect satisfaction and retention. A Partnerships Specialist supports relationships between organizations by coordinating joint activities, tracking commitments, preparing meeting materials, and helping partners work together toward shared objectives.

Works with teams such as sales, operations, marketing, product, finance, and support to resolve requests and coordinate deliverables. Records interactions and outcomes in the organization’s systems, monitors outstanding actions, and escalates complex issues to the appropriate manager. May prepare status updates, client or partner reports, presentation materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes.

Reviews feedback and recurring requests to help identify service gaps and improve communication or coordination processes. Supports account plans, partnership activities, renewals, events, or client onboarding as appropriate to the role. The position may also involve helping teams track service measures, client satisfaction, partner participation, or progress against agreed deliverables.
