Engage actively in training, coaching, and professional development programs to enhance advisory skills
Achieve agreed business objectives while upholding high standards of ethics and customer service

Meet the educational and eligibility criteria of the Financial Associate Scheme
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills in client interactions
Show willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop consultative selling capabilities
Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset in all engagements
Be comfortable with client engagement, business development, and meeting performance targets
