Creative Floor Concept Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily sales operations in our flooring and renovation business.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on potential customers.
• Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers regarding product information, pricing, promotions, and order updates.
• Quotation & Documentation: Prepare sales quotations, invoices, sales orders, and other related documents accurately.
• Order Management: Coordinate customer orders, product availability, stock status, and delivery arrangements with the relevant departments.
• Installation Coordination: Liaise with customers and installation teams to arrange site measurements, installation schedules, and project updates.
• Lead Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and lead follow-up status.
• After-Sales Support: Assist in handling customer feedback, installation-related enquiries, and after-sales service arrangements.
• Administrative Support: Perform general sales administration duties and assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Must possess own transport.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
• Experience in flooring, renovation, or construction-related industries is an added advantage.
