Full Time Tender-Pre contract QS Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in SING FOONG NIAP GROUP OF COMPANIES Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

 Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities (BQ).

 Prepare quantity take-oAs, cost estimates and tender pricing.

 Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

 Analyse material, labour, plant, subcontractor and preliminaries costs.

 Prepare tender BQ, cost breakdowns and pricing schedules.

 Coordinate with the Tender Manager, Procurement, Contracts and Project teams to obtain cost information.

 Identify discrepancies, scope gaps and potential tender risks.

 Assist in preparing tender clarifications, qualifications and submission documents.

 Maintain tender cost databases and historical project pricing records.

 Support value engineering and cost-saving proposals.

 Ensure tender submissions are accurate and completed within deadlines.

Requirements :

 Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

 3–5 years of experience in construction tendering or pre-contract QS.

 Strong knowledge of BQ measurement, construction materials and cost estimation.

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS/estimating software.

 Strong analytical, numerical and coordination skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
