About the Role
Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Secondary School near
Yishun
MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering all phone calls
2. Attending to students (including students who are sick, injured, etc.), parents, public, deliveries etc
3. Any other general counter duties
4. Simple data entry, filing and photocopying
5. Any other matters, as per school leaders’ instructions
Requirements
1. Minimally completed Secondary School Education
2. Preferably have relevant experience in school office environment
3. Have a pleasant and mature disposition
4. Preferably be skilled in Microsoft Words and Excel
Employment Details
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 29 Oct 2027 (10 months)

Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, protected time during school holidays.
