Responsibilities
Contract Period: 26 November – 23 December 2026
Headcount: 8 pax
️ Work Commitment: 4–5 days per week
Work Locations & Shifts
️ Raffles Place MRT (1 pax) – Mon to Fri | 11am – 7pm
Woodlands TE2 MRT (2 pax) – Mon to Sun | 11am – 7pm
Tampines MRT (2 pax) – Mon to Sun | 11am – 8pm
Holland Village MRT (2 pax) – Mon to Sun | 11am – 8pm
Esplanade MRT (1 pax) – Mon to Fri | 11am – 7pm
Job Responsibilities (JD)
Stock Take: Count and check merchandise at the start and end of each shift, ensuring stock records are accurate.
Assist Commuters: Guide commuters through the redemption process and answer any questions in a friendly manner.
Merchandise Distribution: Distribute merchandise according to the redemption mechanics and ensure a smooth redemption experience.
Reporting: Provide accurate stock updates and reports as required.
️ Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with other operational tasks when needed to keep the booth running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with the public.
Responsible, meticulous and organised.
Able to work independently at the assigned booth.
Punctual and committed to the agreed schedule.
Training & Collection
️ Date: 24 November 2026
Time: 4pm – 5pm
Venue: PLQ3
Training is paid and includes collection of iPad and other necessary equipment.
