Full Time Account Executive (Thai Speaker) Jobs, in Thong Guan Industries Kedah - Maukerja

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities for the Headquarters in Malaysia and our Hatyai Branch in Thailand.

For the initial stage, the successful candidate will be required to work at our Hatyai Branch to gain a better understanding of the branch’s accounting operations and processes. The candidate must also be willing to travel to Hatyai on a monthly basis to manage and support the branch’s accounting matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial matters for the HQ and Hatyai Branch.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, documentation and financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and other accounting functions.
• Prepare and monitor invoices, payments, receipts and related accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management reports.
• Monitor branch financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with the Hatyai Branch regarding accounting and finance matters.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with audit, tax and other statutory requirements when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on accounting-related matters.
• Travel to Hatyai, Thailand approximately once a month or as required to support and manage branch accounting matters.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred.
• Must be able to speak and write in Thai (Siam) language.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at the Hatyai Branch during the initial employment period.
• Willing and able to travel to Hatyai, Thailand on a monthly basis to handle branch accounting matters.
• Able to work in a plastic manufacturing environment and coordinate with different departments.
