Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate potential customers.

• Follow up with existing and prospective customers to close sales.

• Introduce and present products to customers professionally.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and process sales orders.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support business development.

• Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.
