Full Time Planning Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project baseline schedules, look-ahead plans and progress updates using Primavera P6.

• Establish project milestones, activity dependencies, critical paths and execution timelines.

• Monitor actual progress against approved schedules, identifying delays and potential bottlenecks.

• Conduct schedule impact assessments and develop recovery plans to minimise project delays.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules with project stakeholders.

• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, milestone trackers and schedule performance updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project planning, scheduling or project controls experience.

• Hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6.

• Strong understanding of critical path analysis, schedule monitoring, delay analysis and recovery planning.

• Experience in engineering, construction, CSA or MEP projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, planning and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in cleanroom construction, pharmaceutical manufacturing, process utilities, D&B construction, EPC/EPCM or large-scale industrial construction projects.
