EXPEDITE AIR CONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD is a BCA licensed ME01 L5 and BizSafe Star company specializing in ACMV projects. We handle installation, commissioning, and testing of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for factories, schools, condominiums, malls, and warehouses.
Job Summary
Join our Project team as Admin Support to assist engineers with administrative tasks throughout installation projects, from tendering to completion. No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Project Engineers to ensure smooth progress of active installation projects
Prepare, organize, and track project documents including quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and variation orders for accurate record-keeping
Assist in compiling project schedules, site progress reports, and submission documents to support project monitoring and compliance
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to manage material orders and documentation efficiently
Maintain organized physical and digital project files to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness
Track project milestones and outstanding tasks, following up on pending approvals and submissions to keep projects on schedule
Enter data accurately into project trackers and spreadsheets to support project reporting and analysis
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support the Project Engineering team
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Nitec or equivalent
Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Willingness to learn and work hard
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects
