Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fluent in English - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance - Must have picture in the resume
• Customer service or F&B experience is an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on shift schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
• Take customer orders and assist with food and beverage service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Support daily restaurant operations and work collaboratively with the team.

Working Hours

• Rotational shift schedule.
• Five working days per week (subject to operational requirements).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
