Role Description

The Logistics Solutions Analyst / Logistics Solutions Engineer / Logistics Solutions Manager designs logistics services and processes that meet customer requirements and business objectives. Responsibilities include analysing shipment and warehouse data, assessing capacity, modelling costs, and developing proposals for transport, storage, and fulfilment solutions.

The Analyst evaluates data and operating scenarios. The Engineer develops layouts, workflows, and technical specifications, while the Manager leads solution development, pricing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and implementation handovers to ensure proposed services are practical and commercially viable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics analysis, solution design, distribution, warehousing, or transport planning.
• Understanding of material flows, capacity planning, service requirements, and logistics cost drivers.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into operating assumptions, resource plans, and service proposals.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with familiarity with modelling, simulation, or visualisation tools.
• Ability to evaluate costs, productivity, service levels, and implementation risks across alternative solutions.
• Strong communication skills for working with customers, commercial teams, and delivery stakeholders.
• For analyst positions, experience validating data, building cost models, and comparing operating scenarios.
• For engineer positions, experience designing warehouse layouts, process flows, equipment requirements, or systems integrations.
• For manager positions, proven experience leading proposals, coordinating commercial reviews, and guiding solution implementation and handover.
