Education & Language Skills

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other office applications.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Basic Mandarin communication skills are required; Mandarin candidates are preferred.

2. Working Experience

• At least 1 year of working experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Restaurant Operations & Service Standards

• Familiar with daily restaurant operations and service standards.

• Possess basic knowledge of F&B operations and restaurant management.

• Able to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and maintain service quality.

4. Inventory & Purchasing Management

• Able to manage inventory and conduct regular stock counts.

• Responsible for forecasting raw material requirements based on operational needs.

• Able to handle purchasing and ordering of restaurant supplies.

5. Personal Attributes

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Good teamwork and coordination skills.

• Willing to learn and participate in company training programmes.
