Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Computer Operator / Service Desk professional to support banking operations in a production environment. The role involves operating AS/400 systems, monitoring and executing batch jobs through Control-M, troubleshooting job failures, and ensuring smooth daily system operations while adhering to established procedures and security standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AS/400 (IBM i) and Control-M is required.
• Experience in banking operations, particularly core banking or financial systems.
• Knowledge of batch job monitoring, scheduling, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to investigate job failures, maintain operational logs, and escalate incidents.
• Good documentation, communication, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
