Requirements
Able to read and understand construction drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-disciplined, able to work independently under tight schedules.
Possess valid driving license and ready to travel to project sites.
Fresh graduates with relevant construction background and strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate M&E works (plumbing) on site.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor work progress, workmanship and quality.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams.
Identify and resolve M&E issues on site.
Coordinate testing, inspection and commissioning works.
Maintain proper site records and documentation.
