Key Responsibilities

• Process daily policy servicing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure service standards and turnaround times are consistently met.
• Maintain compliance with established business procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Handle client record creation and updates, including personal particulars and contact details.
• Process policy amendments such as premium payment frequency, payment methods, beneficiary nominations, reinstatements and assignments.
• Assist with policy value payouts, including maturity, surrender and withdrawal payments.
• Review documentation and transaction details carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Relevant administrative experience; experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality work.
