Full Time Assistant Manager, Regulatory - Compliance [Govt] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,700 in SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Location: Newton
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $4,700 per month
• Duration: 6 months (Tentatively Feb 2027 to July 2027)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the organisation of stakeholder engagement sessions and gather feedback on proposed regulatory or policy changes.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate the submission of required test results and supporting information.
• Prepare briefing materials, circulars and email communications to support stakeholder outreach.
• Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues reported by stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing and processing requests for deviations from regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Respond to public and stakeholder enquiries on regulatory and licensing matters.
• Maintain and update records, trackers and databases, and support basic data collation and analysis.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
