Full Time Technical Operation Support Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in TESCOM (SINGAPORE) SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TESTING PTE LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

1. Own assigned support tickets, including documentation and housekeeping, and execute the required work using command-line interface (CLI) tools and user-interface (UI) operations.
2. Support the development team through knowledge sharing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and code research.
3. Monitor system component performance and feed back to the development team to tune systems for scalability and resilience.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, application support, or production operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects may be considered)

Technical skills

• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and CLI tools, including shell commands and basic scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data
• Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
• Ability to read and understand application code and logs to help trace issue
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and UAT processes
