Job Summary

Develop and execute user acquisition and engagement strategies for app using platforms. Manage campaigns, content, user communities, and data analysis to drive growth and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user acquisition strategies across media platforms to increase the app’s user base
• Plan, launch, and manage online marketing campaigns to attract seed users, increase app activation, improve retention, and drive user engagement
• Create marketing content and write compelling campaign copy to support promotional activities across multiple channels
• Operate and engage with online user communities to collect feedback and maintain a positive user experience
• Coordinate online-offline partnership activities, including marketing collaborations with lifestyle venues to support user growth
• Conduct functional testing of the app, identify issues, and submit detailed bug reports to product and technology teams
• Monitor daily operational data to track user growth, retention, churn, and campaign performance, and provide actionable optimization recommendations
• Prepare performance reports and align campaign progress with internal teams to support scaling of user operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media operations, user growth, or mobile app marketing
• Hands-on experience planning and executing social media campaigns on media platforms
• Ability to analyze marketing data including user growth, engagement, retention, and campaign results
• Creative, proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
