Royal Organisation is looking for individuals who want hands-on experience in direct sales. You’ll learn how to approach people, explain client offerings and improve through coaching and real customer conversations.

Being motivated is a starting point. Showing up reliably, listening to feedback and applying it is part of the daily work.

This is a full-comms role: 100% commission with no fixed basic salary. Earnings vary according to sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct face-to-face sales at assigned campaign locations.
• Introduce products, services and campaign details accurately.
• Support interested customers through the sales process.
• Review your results with your coach and identify improvements.
• Respect customer decisions throughout every interaction.
