Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Science and Machine Learning, including experience with model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Pattern Recognition to design and implement solutions for text, speech, and complex data patterns.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs, define problem statements, and communicate AI solutions in business terms.
• Relevant experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data platforms is highly beneficial.
• A strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, or computer science, typically supported by a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholder expectations is advantageous.
