Job Requirements

• Previous experience in stock handling, warehousing, retail operations or merchandising is an added advantage.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

• Comfortable handling, storing and merchandising alcoholic beverages, including premium spirits.

• Physically capable of lifting, moving and arranging stock safely.

• Basic knowledge of inventory control, stock taking and product replenishment is an advantage.

• Responsible, hardworking, punctual and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with retail and warehouse teams.

• Willing to work on-site at KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

• Willing to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.

• Candidates without relevant experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check and organise incoming stock and deliveries.

• Handle stock replenishment and transfers between KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 retail outlets.

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.

• Arrange, replenish and maintain alcoholic beverage products, including premium spirits, on retail shelves.

• Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled and organised according to merchandising standards.

• Assist with loading, unloading and moving stock safely.

• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and merchandising activities.

• Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect stock to the supervisor.

• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with basic inventory documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, retail staff and logistics partners to ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of stock storage areas.

• Perform other operational and merchandising duties as assigned by the supervisor.
