Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company whose success is built on entrepreneurial spirit and a long history of private ownership. As a partner to leading companies in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors, we offer an international environment and opportunities for professional development.

  • Respond to ad hoc requests and assignments with speed, discretion, and reliability.
  • Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Consolidate and synthesize information into clear, decision-ready insights for meetings and discussions.
  • Track CEO-assigned actions and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and recommend practical solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO.

Meetings and Events

  • Plan and coordinate Asia Pacific Board Meetings, Management Council Meetings, workshops, and other key events.
  • Prepare agendas, templates, and meeting documents, and ensure materials are distributed on time.
  • Attend meetings and produce clear, accurate minutes.
  • Coordinate meeting content, facilitation, and logistics to support effective outcomes.
  • Record decisions and monitor follow-up actions.

Regional and Headquarters Coordination

  • Serve as a central point of contact for headquarters, regional, and sub-regional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requests, information flow, and task alignment on behalf of the CEO.
  • Draft and distribute regional communications, including letters, speeches, and official documents.

Research, Analysis, and Reporting

  • Gather, validate, and maintain relevant internal and external data.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative information, including market and business inputs, and translate findings into concise reports and presentations.
  • Present complex information in a clear, structured format for executive audiences.

Strategy and Project Support

  • Support the Regional CEO and Head of Strategy in developing and executing regional strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report progress on CEO-led projects and priorities.
  • Contribute to special assignments and cross-functional projects as required.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in consulting, executive support, strategy, business analysis, or project management is an advantage. We welcome applicants from a range of professional backgrounds who can demonstrate the required skills and experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare professional materials and collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis and developing professional reports and presentations.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Highly organized and structured, with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
  • High degree of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Clear, professional communication and the judgment to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
