Full Time Patient Care Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in Elements Dental Pte Ltd West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

As the

first point of contact

with our patients, you will be responsible for:
Handling patient queries via phone, WhatsApp and email, including providing basic information and understanding the dental needs of prospective patients

Managing appointment scheduling and follow ups

Handling payment collection

Performing administrative tasks, e.g. ordering of supplies, filing documents, preparing procedural documents

Supporting clinical staff in basic duties when needed, such as sterilisation of instruments

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A positive, patient-focused mindset

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a dental/medical clinic is a plus
