Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers to coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams on project and site matters.
Monitor stock levels, material deliveries and site installation progress to ensure timely execution.
Assist with material submissions, method statements and other technical documentation.
Assist Project Managers to procedure workers movement chart.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports and other relevant records.
Support project-related activities and other duties as assigned.
