Full Time CCTV Technician Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in AUTHENTIC HR PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Monthly Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,000 (including transportation fee)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Rest Day: Sunday
Work Location: Various project and customer sites across Singapore

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, test, commission, and troubleshoot Hikvision CCTV systems.
2. Configure NVRs, IP cameras, network switches, routers, and related networking equipment.
3. Assign and configure IP addresses and resolve basic network connectivity issues.
4. Diagnose and rectify faults involving CCTV, cabling, and networking systems.
5. Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, system testing, and equipment replacement.
6. Conduct site surveys and assess customers’ technical and installation requirements.
7. Recommend suitable equipment and installation solutions based on site conditions.
8. Ensure all installations are completed safely, neatly, and in accordance with company standards.
9. Prepare service reports, installation records, testing results, and other basic technical documentation.
10. Explain system functions and provide basic operational guidance to customers.
11. Deliver professional and courteous on-site customer service.
12. Perform other related technical duties assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in CCTV.
2. Practical experience installing and configuring Hikvision CCTV systems.
3. Able to use appropriate tools and testing equipment for installation and troubleshooting work.
4. Comfortable performing installation work at height using ladders, where required.
5. Able to read basic technical drawings, cabling layouts, or installation plans.
6. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
7. Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship.
8. Able to work independently and manage assigned jobs efficiently.
9. Able to communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
10. Willing to travel to different customer and project sites across Singapore with motorbikes.
11. Able to work a six-day work week from Monday to Saturday.
