Basically, we need someone who can be Creating Reels and Videos

• Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, short videos, and written posts, that aligns with Hanabi Skill Academy's brand voice and marketing objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new opportunities for the bakery industry.

• Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events, workshops, and online webinars.

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and organization of customer and campaign information.

• Collaborate with team members on various marketing projects, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Help in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing basic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks, including document creation, data analysis, and presentation preparation.

• Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new marketing tools and strategies in a fast-paced environment.

• Contribute to problem-solving initiatives within the marketing department, offering creative solutions and insights.
