Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor (3bkV3P) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,500 in Erast Pte Ltd North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a construction and ground engineering team based in Ang Mo Kio. This permanent position offers a competitive salary package with allowances, AWS, and variable bonus, along with a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday (44 hours per week). The role provides an opportunity to oversee major diaphragm wall, foundation, and civil engineering projects while contributing to project cost management and commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop project budgets, cost projections, and financial plans for diaphragm wall, foundation, and civil engineering works.
• Monitor project spending, variations, and financial performance to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and cost-benefit evaluations for potential construction projects.
• Support tender preparation, contract documentation, and procurement planning with project teams.
• Review and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to achieve cost-effective agreements.
• Prepare progress valuations, cost reports, and financial updates for management and client review.
• Ensure project activities comply with contractual, legal, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Draft contractual letters, claims, and notices while meeting required submission timelines.
• Manage payment applications, certification follow-ups, and timely final account settlements.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts, including work orders, monthly payments, and final account reconciliation.
• Compile monthly sales reports and subcontractor liability reports for Project Manager review.
• Verify completed work measurements to secure accurate project entitlements and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate insurance claim submissions by preparing notifications and required supporting details within stipulated deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 5 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably with a main contractor in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Demonstrate experience in managing project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Possess strong knowledge of contracts, procurement processes, and tendering procedures.
• Able to analyze technical drawings, project documents, and financial information effectively.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with foundation works, LTA, and MRT projects will be an added advantage.

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

License/Certification:
