Role: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

• Clean assigned guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds with fresh linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Perform vacuuming and regular deep-cleaning tasks as required.
• Inspect guest rooms during cleaning and immediately notify supervisors of any maintenance issues or damage.
• Ensure compliance of lost and found procedures.
• Handle all personal belongings with complete care.
• Follow housekeeping procedures and hygiene practices.
• Present a professional grooming and work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Keep trolleys neat and adequately supplied.
• Keep the linen room neat and in good order.
• Perform any other reasonable cleaning duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training will be provided; Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to perform cleaning and lifting duties.
• Good teamwork mindset.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
