Full Time Project Manager (Building) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in JOBALLY PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Jobally is recruiting on behalf of our client, an established B1 Civil Engineering contractor specialising in civil engineering, infrastructure and building works. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage building projects from commencement to completion.
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget and according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, site activities, quality and safety requirements.
• Manage project team, resources and subcontractor performance.
• Manage inspections, handover, Authority submissions and project completion matters.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Singapore building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction quality, safety, cost and schedule management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Able to work independently and manage projects under tight timelines.
