Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Solution Development team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and supporting applications used across Trading, Risk Management, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, and Business Intelligence functions.

You will work closely with experienced developers, business users, and project stakeholders to deliver technology solutions supporting multiple asset classes and markets. This role offers exposure to the full software development lifecycle and the opportunity to learn within a dynamic financial markets environment.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Assist the development team in building and enhancing internal business applications.
• Support application testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing activities.
• Assist with database queries, data validation, and report generation.
• Participate in system documentation and user support activities.
• Work with senior developers to understand business requirements and technology solutions.
• Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and project meetings.
• Learn and apply software development best practices, including version control and testing.
• Assist in ad-hoc technology projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases (MSSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with GitHub or version control concepts.
• Strong interest in financial markets, investment banking, and trading technology.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit to 5 working days per week during the internship period.
• Early release for classes may be accommodated.
