AvePoint is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. The HR Generalist will partner closely with business leaders and employees to deliver effective HR programs, ensure compliance with employment regulations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation management, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate background checks, work pass applications, and employment-related submissions.

Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a technology or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting regional HR activities is an advantage.
