Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end project and event implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

• Support sales initiatives and business objectives through effective coordination, follow-up, and execution.

• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and pipeline updates to support business planning and decision-making.

• Facilitate clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the successful delivery of business initiatives.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in event coordination, project implementation, business support, or a related role.

• Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
