Job Description:
- Recruit and enrol adult learners into postgraduate and professional programmes.
- Identify, recruit, develop and manage education agents.
- Plan and carry out sales, marketing, promotional and recruitment activities.
- Conduct programme briefings, consultations, roadshows, events and follow-up with prospective students.
- Build relationships with corporate organisations, partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance public awareness, market presence and acceptance of AMC University Colleges postgraduate and professional programmes.
- Achieve assigned recruitment, sales and marketing targets.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, customer service or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for roadshows, corporate visits and promotional events.
