Full Time Quality Control Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in CTechno Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, or any related technical field.

• 1–3 years of experience in quality control on the production floor (manufacturing industry).

• Experience in working with measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Process Quality Control:

1.      Conduct regular quality inspections during each stage of the production process.

2.      Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3.       Identify, record, and report any non-conformities or defects during production.

4.      Coordinate with production supervisors and operators for corrective actions.

5.      Visual & Physical Checks:

6.      Perform visual inspections and basic physical tests on semi-finished and finished products.

7.      Verify labelling, packaging, weight, dimensions, and product specifications.

Documentation & Reporting:

-       Maintain accurate and timely records of all quality checks and inspection findings.

-       Fill in in-process quality control checklists and deviation reports.

-       Escalate quality issues to QC/QA Manager and assist in root cause analysis.

Compliance & Standards:

-       Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory norms (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP as applicable).

-       Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards on the production floor.
