Key Responsibilities:

• Develops sales plans, strengthens customer relationships and insures market objectives are met.
• Attains or exceeds revenue targets.
• Schedules regular agent and customer visits.
• Develops new customers, identifies customer needs and presents sales solutions.
• Maintains contact with existing customers to facilitate new sales and repeat contracting for existing business.
• Develops sales presentation and material consistent within business units.
• Provides competitor information to management.
• Collects prioritized product/service requirements and communicates them to Product team.
• Support solution to do supplier sourcing relevant job, like local supplier negotiation and daily management.
• Account Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of comprehensive technical, direct sales and marketing experience
• E- commence Logistics sector experience is a plus.
• Consultative selling experience.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to make complex decisions and customer commitments in real time.
• Ability to effectively promote the use of the company’s technology with potential clients.
• Ability to both develop and close opportunities.
• Strong team player and experience working with all levels of the organization.
