Full Time Sales Director, AI Recruitment Software Jobs, in Persevio - Maukerja

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Company Overview:

• Persevio is an AI-native recruitment startup on a mission to redefine the hiring experience. By leveraging our proprietary AI agents—Percy for candidates and Viona for employers—we break the traditional "human-scaling" bottleneck of recruitment, making the process faster, more signal-rich, and fundamentally more human for both sides.
• Headquartered in Singapore, we are an early-stage, externally funded team of builders. We believe AI should handle the high-volume, structured tasks of sourcing and screening, allowing humans to focus on high-value judgment, relationship building, and final decision-making.

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a founding commercial leader to own Persevio’s sales engine and drive revenue across the Singapore market. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will initially act as a hands-on lead closer, originating and managing deals personally to prove our commercial model.
• As the business scales, you will partner with leadership to codify our sales playbook and hire the team required to expand our footprint. This is a unique opportunity to sell a "new category" product—AI-native recruitment—as both a professional service and a SaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive New Business as a Lead Hunter: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from cold start to close. You will personally prospect, navigate HR buying committees, and land new customers, building momentum for a growing brand.
• Position AI as a Strategic Multiplier: Effectively communicate the value of AI-augmented recruitment to HR leaders and decision-makers, overcoming skepticism and positioning our agents as a force multiplier for their internal efficiency.
• Build the Sales Infrastructure: Work closely with the CEO to define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), refine our GTM strategy, and eventually build and lead a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum/Core Requirements:
• Demonstrated track record of sales success within the recruitment or HR-technology space, with a focus on new business acquisition.
• Advanced professional English proficiency is required to effectively lead complex business discussions and negotiate with senior HR decision-makers in the Singapore market.
• Proven ability to originate and close deals personally in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
• Exceptional resilience and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment where you are responsible for defining the path forward.
• Currently based in Singapore with a strong understanding of the local commercial landscape.
• Preferred/Bonus Requirements:
• Experience in either 360 agency recruitment or technology/SaaS sales.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in AI technology and its application in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated potential for people leadership and team building.

Why you should be interested:

• Founding Impact: You aren't just running a machine; you are building it. You will have a seat at the table in shaping the commercial DNA of an AI-first venture.
• High Autonomy & Accountability: We value results over activity. You will have the freedom to own your domain and the direct support of the founder to execute your vision.
• Strategic Product Edge: Join a team solving one of the most persistent challenges in business—efficient, high-quality hiring—at the forefront of the AI revolution.
• Growth Potential: As the first commercial hire, your career trajectory is tied directly to the company’s success, with the opportunity to transition into a leadership role as we scale.
