JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage services to our guests, ensuring positive and memorable interactions.
Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.
Help with self-collection takeaway services, carefully wrapping and packing food to ensure it reaches customers in perfect condition.
Manage delivery platform apps, processing orders promptly and effectively.
Set up tables and service areas according to SOP, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Attend to customer inquiry and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed.
Assist in beverage preparation and support daily kitchen operations.
Maintain a positive personality, uphold good grooming standards, and provide outstanding customer service.
Any other duties as assigned by the management or your manager.

Enjoys interacting with guests, with a passion for service
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
