About the Business
A leading, fast-growing group supplying manufacturers across healthcare, consumer goods and other industries. The business has scaled significantly in a short time, driven largely by acquisitions, and now combines trading and distribution with newly acquired blending and manufacturing capability. Malaysia is a priority market, with growing regional attention and a strong pipeline of future growth.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created leadership role to head finance for the entire business unit in Malaysia. You will own the end-to-end financial picture, including P&L, working capital and balance sheet, and act as the commercial co-pilot to the business. Beyond reporting numbers, you will challenge, advise and help solve problems as the business grows and integrates new acquisitions.
You will also shape how the finance team is organised: setting scope for two Managers, defining how work is split across the team, and growing its finance business partnering capability. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and thrives in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
