Job Summary

We seek a commercially driven Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting functions, including FP&A, reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance, and controls, partnering with management to drive financial performance and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to inform strategic decisions
  • Analyze revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and key performance indicators to optimize financial outcomes
  • Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and management teams on financial planning and ROI assessments
  • Deliver actionable financial insights to support effective business decision-making
  • Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, and cash management
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare management reports accordingly
  • Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability
  • Ensure accurate and timely GST compliance and submission in accordance with regulatory requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • Professional qualifications such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred
  • 6–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including 2–3 years in managerial or supervisory roles
  • Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
  • Good knowledge of SFRS, Singapore GST, and corporate tax compliance
  • Experience collaborating with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
