Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide product information and recommend suitable product based on customers’ preferences and needs.
Handle sales transactions, payments and receipts accurately.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and build good relationships with clients.
Support daily boutique operations, including stock replenishment, inventory checks and product displays.
Assist with visual merchandising and maintain an attractive store environment.
Handle customer enquiries, after-sales service and basic product-related requests.
Perform other retail and operational duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
Pleasant, confident and well-groomed with a customer-oriented personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
