Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to wholesalers, coffee shops and food courts to understand customer needs, monitor market trends, and track competitor activities.
Identify and develop new customers while actively pursuing new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Manage customer accounts, including credit terms, outstanding balances, invoicing, and payment collection.
Monitor customer payment status and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG or related fields.
Able to achieve sales targets and distribution objectives.
Independent, self-motivated and result oriented individual as well as team player.
Possess own car with Class 3 valid license.
