Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads via calls and online meeting
* Generate customers’ visits for Field Sales Representatives
* Offer straightforward technical advice, support, and solutions to prospective customers
* Qualify leads, manage opportunities in CRM, and collaborate with Field Sales Representatives
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns/ initiatives to replace obsolete equipment and entry-level weighing scales
* Create quotes, manage accounts, and support Field Sales Representatives
* Generate weekly task and analysis reports
* Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, quotes and nurture relationships
* CRM management - ensure integrity by validating and correcting data in database
